Where did you discover trance?
I guess Sven Vath and Jam & Spoon when they came to NY when I was living there in 1991. Gatecrasher was the next place 1997.
Who has been your biggest influence?
Bizarrely I'd have to say Scott Bond. He was one of the first people just as Gatecrasher was first starting 10 years ago that was pushing the big trance. I'd never heard any DJ play anything as loud and I'd heard plenty before then!
What moment would you live again if you could?
Landing at Creamfields in a helicopter then playing in the Main Arena. Oakenfold had a sponsored helicopter but wouldn't fly so I jumped in.
Where in the world is trance-central?
