Where did you discover trance?

We've been on the scene for quite while, so we know the very early productions on labels like Eye Q or Harthouse from Frankfurt, which for us were the most influential trance labels in the very early 90's, that brought us into trance music. We just started our first productions at that time, and it was our big goal to get releases on such a well known label one day too!

Who has been your biggest influence?

We are influenced by the music styles we listened to when we were kids, all the usual stuff that got played on the radio, but also the club music that got played starting in the middle 80's. One guy that was very big back in that time in Germany was Westbam, he for sure was a great DJ and producer, and someone we have been looking up to.

What moment would you live again if you could?

We guess there are some moments that we will always remember... talking about music it surely was the first time one of our tracks made it into the official German Top 40 Charts. What we also remember big time, was the day that we got to the UK and heard Fire Wire played on Radio 1 for the first time, these are the moments of our career we will never forget...

Where in the world is trance-central?

We guess it is not possible to mention just one place or a special club here, but in general we always enjoy playing in Australia a lot, the club scene is very strong there, and people seem to be very open minded. To give an example, we once played our set after a well known Techno Dj, and the same people were still having fun on the floor, quite hard to imagine this happening in Germany... :-)
